Pediatric RN Care Manager, NY
317100 Care Manager (RN) – Children’s Program | Hybrid 2 days onsite in NYC, 3 days remote Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $112,000 + excellent benefits (including pension plan) Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting medically fragile children across New York. The Care Manager (RN) plays a key role in reviewing Plans of Care, conducting utilization review for HCBS services, and coordinating inpatient, homecare, medication, and DME needs. You’ll work closely with Health Home Coordinators, physicians, and community agencies to ensure each child receives timely, appropriate care.
