Interpret diagnostic images accurately and efficiently to provide timely and accurate diagnoses for pediatric patients. Possess a strong understanding of pediatric anatomy and pathology to effectively interpret images and provide appropriate diagnoses. Maintain a high level of compassion and empathy when working with pediatric patients and their families. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey diagnoses and treatment plans to referring physicians and colleagues. Stay up-to-date with advancements and new techniques in pediatric radiology to provide the best possible care for patients. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when operating equipment and working with patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients. Maintain accurate and organized records of all patient information and diagnostic images. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in pediatric radiology. Work remotely and independently, while maintaining a strong sense of accountability and responsibility for patient care. Demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care to pediatric patients.
