We hire mental health providers who are excited to work at an early-stage startup and impact the accessibility of exceptional behavioral health for children and families. Responsibilities:Provide high-quality, evidence-based tele-therapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-14 years old, parents, and familiesConduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc.Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plansParticipate in a weekly case review and manager meetingAbout You:Enjoys being part of a growing and collaborative clinical communityMasters level therapists independently licensed in California, ie. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)1+ years of independent direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families. Demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practicesComfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care.Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!Schedule: We are offering a flexible part-time schedule consisting of either 10, 15, or 20 clinical hours per week. Providers have had the most success booking sessions between our peak hours of: 3pm-8pm PST Monday-Friday7am & 8am PST Monday-Friday8am-4pm PST SaturdaysYou can construct your schedule in any combination of the bolded timeframes mentioned above. Flexible schedule built to be mutually beneficial for you and our families.
