PB Resolute Professional Billing Consultant
Role: PB Resolute Professional Billing
Location: Remote (San Francisco, CA preferred)
Duration: 3+ months
Overview: Seeking an experienced Epic PB Resolute Professional Billing Consultant to lead and support all phases of the Epic implementation lifecycle requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, go-live, and optimization. Work cross-functionally to align Epic build with operational needs, utilizing tools like Sherlock, Orion, and Nova.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Gather and document business workflows and system requirements.
⢠Configure and customize Epic PB modules per best practices.
⢠Coordinate EHR security, troubleshoot user/system issues, and support interfaces.
⢠Execute and maintain testing processes, environments, and scripts.
⢠Evaluate new releases and lead/participate in go-lives and upgrades.
⢠Provide end-user training and materials, and support trainers.
⢠Analyze data conversion needs and manage vendor interactions.
⢠Participate in change management, disaster recovery, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
⢠Epic PB Resolute Billing Certification (current CEE required)
⢠Epic PB Claims and Charge Router certification is a plus
⢠FQHC experience preferred
⢠Minimum 2 years in healthcare IT support, with 6+ months Epic user support
Qualifications:
⢠Bachelor's in Information Systems or related field preferred
⢠3+ years supporting or implementing Epic PB in healthcare settings
⢠Strong revenue cycle and reimbursement process knowledge
⢠Proficient in Epic customization, configuration, and integration
⢠Skilled in Office 365 and ServiceNow
⢠Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities
