Payroll Specialist - REMOTE - Perm Part Time 2 days per week
THIS ROLE IS REMOTE
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERM PART TIME (2 DAYS PER WEEK - ANY DAYS YOU WANT)
IDEAL ROLE FOR SOMEONE WHO DOES PAYROLL FOR THEMSELVES (HAS BUSINESS) OR IS RETIRED AND WANTS TO WORK 2 DAYS. ALL ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
ā¢ Administer statements of payment and compile them.
ā¢ Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
ā¢ Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and executives
ā¢ Prepare payroll reports for upper management, finance department, etc.
Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist with a background in USA payroll
ā¢ Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
ā¢ Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations in the field
ā¢ Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
ā¢ Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
ā¢ Excellent communication skills
