We are looking for dynamic and independent self-starters for an exciting opportunity as Contract Payroll Specialists. This is for any rising person wanting to enter the bookkeeping, payroll, human resoureces and benefits administration profession but need an opportunity to develop your skills.

This is a remote, work from anywhere position and all skill levels are welcome to apply.
The position works on a 4-day work week up to 32 hours a week. This is a training position to review the work of junior team members trying to reconcile the monthly payroll reports as well as troubleshooting payroll issues and setting up workflows for the clients in order to streamline their payroll processing each pay period. You will be coaching and training, as needed, as well as participating in leadership meetings with your management team on new workflows and performance reviews of the junior team members.
This position requires frequently responding to inquiries from clients via email and phone and will require a dedication to helping the bookkeepers to getting the monhtly work completed on-time and in a professional manner.

A Flexible Schedule Hours are flexible, but client meetings and training's must be attended during normal business hours.
Working From Home Approximately 100% of the work is performed from a home or remote office.
High Earnings Potential Compensation is incentive based but is also commensurate with a professional level position. Earnings are scalable based on your performance and the volume of work you choose to take on.
Career Development You can work part-time or full-time based on the projects you choose to accept to work on. We have training programs that are accredited for continuing professional education and as you develop your skills and certifications you will be able to increase your hourly pay rate from $35 per hour to as high as $45 per hour!
Training and Expectations
After you complete the required initial training, you will be expected to continue ongoing training to effectively service our clients, including computer-based, one-on-one and group training. You will be supervised and mentored by our experienced staff to help you service your assigned client accounts. Your workload (and related incentive-based compensation) is expected to start out low and to increase based on:

Job Requirements
HS Graduate or GED Equivalent
Completion of the Bookkeepers Bootcamp with a 90% or better
Completion of 1,000 hours of service as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
CPB (Certified Public Bookkeeper) Certified
Successful completion of PJU's Payroll Masterminds Class
1-year office or administrative experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile for the client
Extremely organized and time conscious to team appointments & client meetings
Independent work ethic and ability to resolve problems on your own with an entrepreneurial mindset
Self-starter always looking for ways to improve processes and add value to clients
Separate, dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connection and dedicated phone line
Candidates must be available to work sometime during business hours of Monday - Friday 9:00am 6:00pm in your time zone
Compensation
Based on experience up to $35 per hour to start. Performance evaluations with salary updates will be completed as you reach service milestones that will be set after youre hired and can increase your pay rate up to $45 per hour.
