Essential Functions and Primary Duties
ā¢ Working under direction delivers services to clients and agencies
ā¢ Input data into software within required deadlines accurately
ā¢ Record necessary changes/updates as appropriate
ā¢ Ensure all internal controls and procedures are followed for accuracy
ā¢ Assist with client service needs according to commitments and standards set forth by the department
ā¢ Conduct client and internal training
ā¢ Work to understand new department processes, procedures and/or programs
ā¢ Effectively operate all department equipment
ā¢ Assist internal and external clients with requests and problems in a timely manner
ā¢ Additional responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelor's degree
Minimum Qualifications
ā¢ High School Diploma or GED required
ā¢ 3 to 5 years experience in the industry or field
ā¢ Acute detail and accuracy skills
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
ā¢ Excellent customer relation skills
ā¢ Proficient use of applicable technology
ā¢ Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
ā¢ Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks
ā¢ Travel based on client and business needs
The annual salary target for this job in this market is $50,000 -$75,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
