This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Austria, Georgia (USA) Payroll Coordinator Job Description Ensemble Performing Arts · Remote · Full-Time · Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 About the Role Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our Finance team and support payroll operations for our growing portfolio of performing arts businesses. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and supporting payroll reporting and regulatory compliance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and compliance in payroll operations. This is a full-time, fully remote position, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and expanding organization in the performing arts industry. What You’ll Do • Payroll Processing • Compile and analyze payroll data from business locations across the country • Triage and resolve payroll errors and processing issuesManage employee inquiries regarding payroll • Process guaranteed payments and other manual payroll adjustments when required • Data Management • Maintain accurate employee records in HRS • Support payroll system integrations for new acquisitions, including employee data preparation and onboarding and employee support • Maintain SharePoint files, templates, and reports • Reporting and Compliance • Prepare and maintain payroll reports • Support government reporting requirements, including U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics submissions and unemployment claims • Prepare and submit non-payroll tax filings when required • Support annual workers’ compensation filings and audits What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of experience with core payroll functions • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee data • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong Excel skills Benefits & Perks We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including: • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • Life and AD&D coverage • Supplementary/Voluntary benefit plans • Paid Time Off (PTO) • 401(k) with employer match Join a supportive, mission-driven arts organization with significant opportunity for professional growth as Ensemble scales.
