Training Design and deliver training programs for various audiences on payroll processes, tools, and strategic initiatives. Identify knowledge and skill gaps and create user-friendly guides, documents, and videos. Facilitate learning sessions to address identified gaps.
Project Support Support payroll projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
What you bring
At least 3 years’ experience in training, instructional design, or learning & development roles (preferably within payroll or HR domains).
Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into learner-friendly formats.
Confident presenter with strong facilitation skills across multiple formats (live, recorded, interactive).
Analytical mindset for assessing learning needs and measuring program effectiveness.
Experience using learning and content tools (e.g., Notion, Zendesk, LMS platforms).
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
Effective in both autonomous and collaborative settings.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Remote work experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
