• This position will be a key member of our dynamic team that manages payroll operations and stock administration.
• The ideal candidate will develop strong working relationships with cross-functional partners as we strive to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll and stock administration processes.
• We ensure employees’ financial transactions are seamless, fostering trust and satisfaction. We aim to scale and optimize systems to support the company’s growth.
• In this role, you will work together with the team to manage semi-monthly payroll for a US and international workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll tax regulations.
• You will administer stock plans, including RSUs and stock options, and respond to employee inquiries.
• You will support payroll accounting tasks, such as journal entries and reconciliations, contributing to month-end close processes.
• Collaborate on projects to evaluate and enhance payroll and equity processes, including system implementations and upgrades.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in multi-state and international payroll processing
• Strong understanding of payroll tax laws across all 50 states and the ability to research when needed
• Experience with Workday, ADP SmartCompliance, or similar payroll systems
• Experience with stock administration, including RSUs and stock options, preferred
• Experience with NetSuite and Morgan Stanley Shareworks, preferred
• Familiarity with payroll accounting and month-end close processes
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience with stock administration, including RSUs and stock options
