Payroll & Benefits Specialist DCM Services, LLC | Bloomington, MN (Hybrid)Salary: $52,000 - $60,000 | Full-Time, Exempt | Bonus Eligible About the Opportunity Ready to take your payroll career to the next level? DCM Services is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist who wants to grow with a dynamic, multi-state organization. You'll work directly with an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager who will mentor you as you master the complexities of multi-state payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.This isn't just processing paychecks—it's ensuring 550+ employees across multiple states get paid accurately and on time, while supporting their benefits needs and maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions. What You'll Do Payroll Operations (70%) • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for multi-state operations, including salaries, bonuses, benefits deductions, garnishments, and taxes • Manage payroll updates for new hires, terminations, and pay changes with precision and timeliness • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws across multiple jurisdictions • Prepare payroll reports and support internal and external audits • Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and accuracy Benefits Administration (30%) • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and questions • Verify insurance billing and maintain accurate benefits records • Support open enrollment processes and benefits communication • Process benefits changes in the HRIS system for seamless payroll integration • Help prepare required benefits notices and compliance reporting What You Bring Required: • 2-3 years of payroll administration experience • Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals and wage & hour regulations • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Paylocity experience is a plus!) • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with the MS Office suite • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred: • Exposure to multi-state payroll • Benefits administration experience • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Understanding of 401(k), FSA, and other benefit plans Work Location & Arrangement Ideal: Hybrid in Bloomington, MN with 1-2 days per week in office Also Considering: Fully remote candidates located in MN, VA, SC, FL, TN, or AZ #DCMHP1Compensation details: 52000-60000 YearlySalary PI719eee991bd9-29952-39138104 #True Payroll & Benefits Specialist DCM Services, LLC | Bloomington, MN (Hybrid)Salary: $52,000 - $60,000 | Full-Time, Exempt | Bonus Eligible About the Opportunity Ready to take your payroll career to the next level?DCM Services is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist who wants to grow with a dynamic, multi-state organization.
