We are looking for a Payroll and Benefit Senior Manager who is self driven and a great teammate to come join our dynamic team. As part of the US HR team, this position will work closely with Human Resources and other cross functioning teams. What you will do: Be responsible for payroll efficiency, quality and compliance via continuously optimizing processes, rationalizing the division of tasks, figuring out more advanced payroll running model Manage full scope of payroll and benefits administration for the entire life cycle of all types of employees Lead payroll projects like integration of payroll system and HR operation system Manage payroll vendors Who We Look For What we are looking for: 7 years (or above) of experiences in US and Canada payroll Prior experiences setting up internal processes to ensure payroll and benefits are accurately delivered and compliant with state and federal regulations Strong knowledge in employee whole life cycle and processes which are highly related with payroll and benefit administration Experience in project management to improve operational efficiency for payroll and benefits Accurately identify root reasons of issues and work out solutions with architectural thinking Meticulous attention to details and positive team player Strong ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form (Mandarin is a plus) ADP and Workday experiences preferred Why Join Us?
