Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Payments Professional. The Payments Professional will handle daily tasks including analyzing payment processing systems, developing & creating new client relationships, optimizing payment solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities also include providing support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and continuously seeking ways to improve payment operations.
Qualifications
• Experience in payment processing systems and financial technologies
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in client relationship management
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with merchant services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
