Patient Registration Specialist - Remote LV

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist patients during the on-site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits
- Collect accurate demographic and insurance information, as well as patient liability at the time of service
- Perform financial clearance functions on assigned scheduled accounts during registration downtimes
- Greet and serve patients and internal team members in a professional and respectful manner
- Handle a high volume of calls and urgent requests while maintaining confidentiality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1-2 years prior registration experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain strict confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred
- Functional computer skills with comfort using various programs and excellent typing abilities
