We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Records Data Entry Specialist at Human Touch Home Care. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining patient information in our electronic medical records system.

Ā Enter patient demographic and clinical information into the electronic medical records system
Ā Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entry
Ā Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:
