PATIENT MEDICAL SCHEDULER – EPIC EMR HEALTH SYSTEM EXPERIENCE- REMOTE
Do you have experience scheduling in a CLINICAL environment using EPIC EMR, and wish to work from the comfort of your home?
Join us at Phoenix Medcom and become part of the team that supports Physicians and Clinical staff in: scheduling, registration, managing tasks, appointments, and patient requests for thousands of physicians throughout the country from prestigious institutions known world-wide.
HOURS BETWEEN 8 AM AND 6 PM EST. FULL TIME/PART TIME.
• Can be full or in blocks of 4 hours, or even split times!!*
Independent Contractor Position (1099) --Work from HOME.
Tell us the hours you are available to accept projects (calls).
Earnings/Rates:
Transaction-based rates - potential to earn $17-24. You control your earnings based on your production. The more projects you complete, the higher your earnings. Tiered rates based on volume. Higher volumes earn higher rates.
You will invoice for your transactions.
Description of Remote Project Program:
As an Independent Contractor, it is assumed you come with the skills and experience to perform these projects, but Phoenix provides orientation for Client’s preferences and process needed to work within the EMR
IDEAL CANDIDATES – REQUIREMENTS:
• We require RECENT experience scheduling office visits in an EPIC EMR*
• MINIMUM 1-year recent (within past 3 years) experience in a Physician’s office or Medical Center Registration/Scheduling environment, working in the EMR doing patient registrations, and all appointment related transactions*
• MUST have had experience interacting with patients in person or phone*
• Ability to triage patient’s medical issues in a multi-specialty environment. If you have one specialty, please reach out as well!*
• Bilingual a PLUS*
• MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY REQUIRED!*
• WINDOWS 10 Computer AND high-speed internet REQUIRED*
• Good Phone presence, spelling and grammar required*

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
