Often, FCS leads the nation in initiating research studies and offering ground-breaking new therapies to patients.Come join us today!Florida Resident CandidatesRESPONSIBILITIESOversees the work of the Patient Advocate Team that is responsible for making outbound calls to patients, caregivers and health care professionalsprovide high quality financial assistance to patients of the Company. Responsible for assisting the Revenue Manager with day to day management of Patient Advocates including scheduling, annual evaluations, counseling, interviewing candidates, approval of time cards,hiring and discipline of employees.QUALIFICATIONSEducation: AA, BA or BS preferred. Previous Experience: At least 6 years of experience in pharmacy or in a related area preferred. Core Capabilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Must have knowledge and understanding of community pharmacy clerical and pharmacy technician responsibilities -Ability to work autonomously -Ability to multi-task with good organizational skills -High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations -Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacyCertifications/Licenses: Active Pharmacy Technician license required and Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB) in state of employment preferred.
