Pathway to Success Program Supervisor

They are seeking a supervisor to lead a team in establishing access to high-quality services for children with significant behavioral health challenges in the community. Responsibilities Support team of Family Care Coordinators - provide individual weekly supervision Provide training for new staff Review documentation and all relevant case files Attend statewide Pathway to Success meetings Participate in multi-disciplinary case staffings with team Communicate and collaborate with internal and external partnerships/providers Meet with families and other formal and informal supports in the child's life to coordinate care (many of these meetings will be in person) Complete documentation of contacts and other information in required electronic systems Skills Master's degree in social work or human service field Valid driver's license 1-3 years of experience coordinating care for high-risk populations Ability to travel to client homes, Sinnissippi offices, and community sites Ability to work and make decisions independently Proficiency with technology in a treatment setting Ability to engage clients to meet treatment goals The position can be office-based or home-based if an appropriate confidential home space is available Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance (100% Sinnissippi paid) 401k with 100% employer match Paid Time Off Training opportunities Paid clinical licensure application and renewal fees Company Overview Sinnissippi Centers is a behavioral healthcare agency providing mental health treatment including behavioural healthcare.
