Qualifications
Previous experience in transcription, preferably in pathology or acute care
Strong understanding of medical terminology
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in medical transcription preferred but not required
Education Requirements Credential Category
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification in Medical Transcription (Preferred)
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in transcription or a related field
Experience in pathology or acute care transcription is a plus
