Type of work: Preparation and prosecution of US patents, patent opinions, patent portfolio management, due diligence, licensing Technical background: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Molecular Biology Requirements: • At least 4-5 years of solid patent agent or attorney experience • At least a $200K portable book of business • USPTO registration (for agents and attorneys); State Bar (for attorneys) Benefits: Performance based compensation, including objective incentives for business origination; Medical Insurance; 401k contribution; Flexible hours; and more.
