REQUIREMENTS
• A science degree, preferably an advanced degree in the biological sciences, particularly chemistry, biochemistry, immunology, cell biology, or molecular biology;
• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• A member in good standing of a state bar for Associates, preferably California (although for the right candidate the firm is open to those who are a member of the bar of the state in which they reside and would practice);
• Strong academic credentials
• Track record of success
