Position Overview
Are you a travel enthusiast looking for a part-time or full-time opportunity to turn your passion into a career? Join us as a Remote Travel Advisor! In this role, youll assist clients in planning their dream vacations while enjoying the convenience of working from home, on your schedule.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text to understand their travel preferences, expectations, and budget.
Research destination options, accommodations, dining, and activities to create personalized travel itineraries.
Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and excursions with attention to detail and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, travel concerns, and custom requests promptly.
Stay informed about travel regulations, health guidelines, and safety protocols for various destinations.
Cultivate strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
Possess a social security number or EIN.
Own a computer with reliable internet access.
Passion for travel and helping others plan their travel experiences.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in computer skills, social media, email, and Zoom meetings.
Self-motivated with good time management skills and ability to follow procedures.
