 Answer emails
 Generate contracts
 Send invoices and payment links
 Make sure clients have the correct access
 Manage social media
 Schedule social media
 Manage DMs, comments, engagement
 Create social media posts
 Repurpose content
 Manage projects and send reminders for deadlines
 Create sequences in Active Campaign
 Attend a few set meetings a week
 Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
 Platforms:

Requirements
 Experience in digital marketing (a must)
 Ability to work a set schedule that is set by the VA Monday- Friday

 Detail oriented
 Self-starter
 20-30 hours per week
 Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
