Principal Obligations:
- Respond quickly and effectively to a moderate to high volume of customer inquiries on a daily basis.
- Reach established KPIs and performance goals.
After each customer interaction, accurately record interactions and follow-ups.
- Make every interaction with a customer exceptional and enjoyable.
- Achieve service and operational objectives, such as decreasing call abandonment rates, speeding up email responses, and processing returns.
- By adhering to the standards and guidelines established by the company, maintain high-quality service.
Capabilities and Key Skills:
- Proficient writing and communication skills
- Capacity to rapidly learn specialized ideas and investigate successfully.
- Confident and empathetic in written and verbal interactions with customers.
- Aptitude in visit and email manners, with sharp scrupulousness.
- Familiar with Excel, particularly in the intermediate level of Microsoft Office
- 2+ long periods of specialized/item support insight.
- Proficient in providing excellent customer service, including the capacity to handle difficult situations professionally.
Preferable Experiences:
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Experience in a quick moving contact community climate.
- A degree from a college or university (though not necessary);
