 Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for multiple entities.

 Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
 Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
 Ensure adherence to GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
 Assist in the formulation of budgets and financial forecasts.
 Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
 Collaborate with external auditors during audit processes.
 Implement and uphold internal controls to protect company assets.
 Aid in the preparation of tax returns and various regulatory submissions.
 Provide financial analysis and support for special projects as required.
Required Skills
 Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
 Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
 Minimum of 5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally within the construction services domain.
 Knowledge of owner financial reporting is a plus.
