A new position has opened up at workwarp for a Retirement Plan Client Services Representative! This position is based in Remote and we are looking to fill it quickly. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. We offer a clear and simple compensation of a competitive salary for this position. Duration: Temporary (up to 6 months depending on performance and business needs)
Pay Rate: $21/ hr
Shifts: 8AM EST - 5PM EST / 10AM EST - 7PM EST
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist with a strong background in retirement plan services to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries, offering guidance, and executing instructions to ensure our clients receive top-notch service. Your expertise in retirement plans, financial acumen, strong communication skills, and commitment to excellence will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
 Respond to customer inquiries via phone regarding transfer agency services, including account transfers, shareholder transactions, and account maintenance.
 Deliver first-class inbound client service in every interaction as part of our Fund Services operations.
 Communicate complex information clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
 Analyze data to identify solutions to client inquiries and issues, demonstrating exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Resolve client issues or provide the best alternative solutions, ensuring a seamless client experience.
 Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, inquiries, and recommendations in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
 Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments relevant to retirement plans and investment banking operations.
 Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
 Collaborate with internal teams, including financial advisors, portfolio managers, and estate planning specialists, to address client needs and coordinate service delivery.
Qualifications:
 At least 2+ years of previous customer service experience, preferably in the global financial services industry with exposure to retirement plan services and treasury management.
 Experience supporting retirement plan pay-outs, servicing retirement plans, etc.
 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel and MS Word.
Desired Qualifications:
 Experience in brokerage operations, accounting, finance, economics, investment banking, or capital markets.
