Key Responsibilities
 Facilitate the application process and perform thorough reviews for the MFP.
 Execute data entry and verification tasks with precision.
 Assist in the fellowship eligibility verification process.
 Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and annual impact summaries.
 Contribute to the production of video and written content showcasing program impacts and engaging stakeholders.
 Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for the MFP.
 Manage the MFP inbox to ensure prompt responses.
 Collect and analyze campaign performance data, including audience feedback.
 Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Required Skills
 Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
 Strong technical proficiency and effective problem-solving capabilities.
 Outstanding customer service abilities.
 Experience in event planning is advantageous.
 Cultural competence and an understanding of diverse communities.
Qualifications
 A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
 1-3 years of experience in a professional office environment.
 Experience collaborating with volunteers, boards, and association leadership is beneficial.
 Demonstrated ability to manage projects within set deadlines.
 Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with data management software or a willingness to learn.
 Internet proficiency and awareness of social media platforms; website management experience is a plus.
 Ability to travel up to 5%, including weekends.
