Primary responsibilities for this position include:
• Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities for the real estate projects assigned to ensure objectives are accomplished safely within prescribed funding and scheduling parameters.
• Monitor and control project budgets and schedules.
• Prepare and report project budgets, progress, and forecasts; assume responsibility for each project’s financial performance in relation to the budget
• Establish and execute project work plans.
• Maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit pay applications, Requests for Information, Purchase Orders, Submittals, Change Orders, Claims,
• Request for Proposals, Request for Qualifications, and any other required project related communication.
• Serve as company representative at required project meetings or hearings and prepare documentation, as necessary.
• Supervise work performed to ensure it meets company standards and quality plan.
• Review drawings and specifications for constructability, completeness, and accuracy.
• Promptly respond to project ad-hoc needs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of relevant career experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and proven ability to learn other software and technology;
• Notable attention to detail, self-initiated follow-through, and outstanding time management and organizational skills;
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to juggle multiple and competing tasks and demands; and
• Willingness and ability to travel 1-2 times monthly.

This is an exempt position.
