 * Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to obtain necessary information for approvals.
 * Verify patient eligibility and coverage for prescribed medications.
 * Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
 * Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
 * Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy operations.
 * Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in medication guidelines.
 Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * High school diploma or equivalent.
 * Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential (preferred).
 * Strong understanding of medical terminology.
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 * Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry.
 * Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
 * Detail-oriented and highly organized.
 * Previous experience in pharmacy operations is a plus.
