Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm in your time zone. Position Purpose: Supports the efforts of the Drug Information team through collaboration with internal departments and local market teams in order to ensure timely production of departmental deliverables and facilitation of regulatorily required activities. • Provides pipeline drug information-related services via triage of inbound inquiries to the Pipeline Services team, supports the pharmacist for completion of budget impact models and pipeline announcements and alerts through pre-work up and draft preparation • .Documents and records pipeline drug developments in appropriate databases to ensure comprehensive pipeline drug tracking and extends communication intra-departmentally as needed to effect timely execution of downstream activities • Supports the communication of pipeline drug developments via pipeline meetings and email outreach internally across various Centene departments. • Supports basic data analytic activities and tracking of interventions, and assists with preparation and documentation of responses to inquiries around pipeline activities. • Assists in the timely implementation of prior authorization annual reviews, from preparing criteria for pharmacist review to uploading completed revised criteria to various platforms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with all policies and standards Education/Experience: High School or GED required, 0-1 year of experience in pharmacy operations managed care, hospitals, and/or retail environments.
