Help teens locate and select appropriate books, resources, and materials based on their interests and reading levels. Organize and maintain the shelving of books, ensuring they are accurately categorized and easy to find. Provide support in planning and executing engaging events, workshops, and reading challenges for teenagers. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to encourage regular library usage among teens. Collaborate with the library team to curate relevant reading lists and displays to promote diverse literary interests. Offer basic technology assistance to teens accessing digital resources and e-books. Maintain accurate records of library transactions, memberships, and overdue materials. Uphold the library's policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for all visitors. Required Skills: Strong communication skills, with an ability to connect with teenagers and foster a love for reading.
