Position: Data Entry Specialist
We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our logistics database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations.
Responsibilities
 Accurately input data into our logistics management system.
 Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
 Update and maintain information in our database on a regular basis.
 Assist in preparing regular reports and summaries of data.
 Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
 Identify and correct data entry errors and report any discrepancies.
 Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
 Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar position.
 Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 Familiarity with logistics or supply chain management systems is a plus.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Work Environment
 Full-time position based at our logistics center.
 Standard office environment with occasional need for overtime during peak periods.
