OVERVIEW:

A successful candidate will be required to manage the full life cycle of a project with little or no supervision. This includes working with their technical peers from partner companies to analyze, develop, monitor, and support the data extraction, transformation, transfer, and loading processes to meet ours and our customer’s needs. Understanding of common data storage and transfer technologies such as SQL, XML, JSON, Web Services, and SFTP is required. We are looking for someone who is very organized and can keep track of and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop code to automate the import and export of data in various formats to internal and external locations
• Work with project stakeholders to develop workflows and data formats that address the project requirements
• Create and maintain detailed documentation and process flows
• Create and modify database objects
• Identify, debug, and advise on system, process, or architecture issues
• Ensure that best practices are adhered to during the development of integration processes
• Analyze and improve on current system integrations
• Assist in daily administration activities including monitoring, support, and maintenance of legacy data feeds

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent knowledge of a programming language (C# / a .NET language are preferred)
• 2 to 3 years RDBMS experience (Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or newer preferred)
• Working knowledge of Scripting Languages (PowerShell is preferred)
• Working knowledge of FTP / FTPS / SFTP / RESTful Web Services
• Ability to read and write an XSD or JSON Schema Definition
• Web Services required

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in fast moving environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with different deadlines
• Ability to work within a team

PREFERRED SKILLS/SOFTWARE:
• Altova Mapforce
• SQL Server Performance Tuning
• X12 / EDI Transactions (Specifically 837)
• JAMS Scheduler (or other enterprise scheduling software)
• PGP Encryption (or other similar encryption technologies)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college, or relevant industry experience
• 1-3 years in Auto and/or Workers’ Compensation, Medical Claims, Independent Medical Exam or Peer Review account management experience is preferred
