The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the BPO industry and proven expertise in securing BPO projects. Your primary responsibility will be to bring profitable BPO projects to our company while fostering long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
 Identify and secure BPO projects for the company.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
 Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth onboarding of projects.
 Negotiate terms and agreements that are beneficial for both parties.
 Stay updated on market trends and client requirements in the BPO sector.
Requirements:
 Proven track record of acquiring BPO projects or partnerships.
 Strong network in the BPO and outsourcing industry.
 Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
 Ability to work independently and deliver results on a commission/profit-sharing basis.
 Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
Compensation:
