[PART_TIME Remote] Account Service Representative (Remote)
workwarp is looking for a passionate Account Service Representative! Join our team in the heart of Remote and enjoy a dynamic work environment. Â Â Schedule: Department hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00am-7:00pm Central Time.
Employee must be able to work rotating shifts (7:00am-3:30pm, 9:00am-5:30pm and 10:30am-7:00pm Central) after 6 - 10 weeks of training.
What You Will Do:
In this role as the Account Service Representative (ASR), you will provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications, and ensure that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws. Additional responsibilities may require you to:
 Confirm and enter usage of surgical implants to replenish inventory
 Coordinate with Stryker Sales team and customers to obtain purchase orders
 Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax
 Research responses with sales and keep records of customer interactions and transactions
 Record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken, determine charges for product requests/usage
 Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on invoice disputes/discrepancies, take appropriate action required to resolve dispute
 Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
 Maintain customer pricing in systems of record, including entering contracts as required, and implement and support Quality initiatives throughout Customer Service workflow
What You Need:
Required:
 High school diploma or equivalent
 At least 2 years of experience in customer service or with customer account management
 Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support the business needs
Preferred:
 Associates or Bachelors Degree
 At least 3 years of experience working in customer service
 Experience working remotely, using cloud-based systems
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
$20.08-32.87 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
