Key Responsibilities – Be the Frontline of Digital Interaction

Live Chat Management: Respond promptly to a high volume of inbound chat inquiries, delivering clear, courteous, and accurate information regarding automotive and RV products, services, finance, and dealership policies.
Lead Capture & Qualification: Gather essential contact details and purchase intent signals, ensuring each interaction is recorded in the dealer’s CRM for follow‑up and conversion tracking.
Appointment Coordination: Utilize the dealer’s scheduling tools to arrange test drives, service appointments, and finance consultations, confirming all details with the customer and the dealership.
