Your Role & Responsibilities (as Partner)
You’ll co-own the direction and execution. Specific responsibilities will depend on your strongest areas, but typical high-impact zones include some combination of:
• Co-developing and refining the core strategy, roadmap, and business model
• Leading or co-leading key functions (e.g., product development, marketing/growth, sales/partnerships, operations, finance) based on your expertise
• Bringing complementary skills, experience, or network that fills current gaps (e.g., technical/building, go-to-market, industry connections, fundraising)
• Making joint decisions on priorities, pivots, resource allocation, and major moves
• Contributing to fundraising (if needed), pitch decks, investor outreach, or grant applications
• Sharing accountability for hitting milestones and OKRs
• Acting as a co-leader: representing the project externally when needed (events, media, partnerships)
