In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for business partners, providing support on operational, technical, and administrative topics. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality support and improving partner experience in a dynamic environment, Join Team Orange!YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You act as the first point of contact for business partners, providing first-level support across operational, technical, and administrative topics via phone, email, and ticketing systemsYou guide partners through SIXT systems, tools, and processes, while ensuring adherence to brand standards, policies, and compliance requirementsYou investigate and resolve partner inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high-quality partner experienceYou collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Revenue Management, IT, Legal, Marketing) to address complex issues and drive effective solutionsYou maintain accurate CRM records, support partner onboarding, and proactively identify recurring issues to contribute to process improvements and knowledge resourcesYOUR SKILLS MATTERExperience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, support center, or operations roles, ideally within the travel, mobility, or hospitality industryTools & Systems: Proficiency in CRM and ticketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk), with the ability to navigate and work within structured systemsPerformance & Delivery: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization and high-quality output under pressureSoft Skills: High degree of service orientation and empathy, with a genuine motivation to support partners and deliver excellent experiencesProblem solving and Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to identifying issues and driving continuous improvementLanguage & Additional Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages and familiarity with partner systems or mobility industry tools are a plusWHAT WE OFFERGenerous Time Off Enjoy 28 days of vacation, an additional day off for your birthday, and 1 volunteer day per yearWork-Life Balance Benefit from a hybrid working model with no dress codePermanent Contract & Competitive Compensation Our employment contract is permanent from the start.
