Partner Physician (New Healthcare Startup)
?? We are looking for a partner physician to join our healthcare startup. You will be in charge of all clinical activities that happens with besa Health.
About Us: besa Health is a new healthcare organization that prioritizes the patient experience. We do this through learned soft skills, aesthetics, and technology. We will have a heavy emphasis on lifestyle medicine with each patient having a care manager. If executed properly, we believe besa Health will change healthcare just as Uber has changed the on demand transportation industry, and Starbucks changed the coffee industry. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated physician to join our practice as a Partner Physician. With the team coming from a technological background, we are looking for a physician to join the startup and be a collaborating physician. This unique opportunity is ideal for a dedicated provider looking to be part of a startup and change in the healthcare industry. As a Partner Physician, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our practice, contribute to strategic decisions, make provider protocols, learn about business, and benefit from shared ownership of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Create the business formation the group of providers will work under.
Create the healthcare treatment strategy that your co-workers will follow.
Work closely with our tech team to streamline processes through our proprietary EHR.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Participate in strategic decision-making and business operations as a member of the leadership team.
Contribute to the growth and success of the practice by identifying treatment opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in practice development and growth.
Desire to change the status quo of the American Healthcare system.
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board certification.
Active and unrestricted medical license in CA.
DEA Certificate
Must be credentialed with all the main insurance carriers.
Tech savvy
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
