Partner Operations Associate, AirCover

The Community You Will Join:
The AirCover team at Airbnb is responsible for developing and managing AirCover, ensuring Hosts and guests receive best-in-class support when their bookings dont go as planned. This team operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with external partners and cross-functional stakeholders across Airbnb, including Product, Operations, and Customer Support.
The Difference You Will Make:
In this role, you will support AirCovers Partner Managers by tracking external deliverables, managing partner engagements, and driving operational improvements. Your ability to proactively identify areas for enhancement and ensure seamless execution of projects will be critical to the teams success. Success in this role means efficiently managing partner relationships, communicating progress to internal stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous improvement of AirCovers offerings.
A Typical Day:
Track and manage deliverables with external partners, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
Collaborate with Partner Managers to address friction points, implement improvements, and optimize workflows.
Independently interface with external partners for business discussions, status updates, and operational needs.
Communicate external progress to internal teams, proactively seeking support when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality around Airbnbs business engagements and sensitive information.
Support additional projects as needed to enhance AirCovers operations and service delivery.
Your Expertise:
2+ years of experience managing projects, partnerships, or operations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple projects and drive them to completion.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
Comfortable working with structured task lists and managing deliverables.
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable solutions.
Familiarity with Google Suite and ability to navigate technical concepts such as APIs and platforms.
Preferred skills:
* Bachelors degree.
Experience with insurance products or working in the insurance industry.

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
