What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct user support on Salesforce.com and other critical tools for the Partner and Alliance teams
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting dashboards for sales performance analysis and actionable insights
- Implement and enforce processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of Salesforce data
- Support partner teams in achieving referral, resale, and managed services targets
- Track and report the impact of Systems Integrators and Big 4 partners on business performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Data Science, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of Sales Operations processes and systems, including CRM applications and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a focus on identifying trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Strong project management experience
- Comfort in facilitating training sessions and leading web-based presentations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated with adaptability to a fast-paced environment
