This role will focus on new clients, leading them through the entire sales cycle and implementation of their insurance platform. Location: 100% remote. Candidates need to be local to either Eastern or Central time zones.Here's what you'll be doing: Managing new clients from later stages of sales cycle through their implementation and integration of the company's SaaS platform Overseeing cross-functional team members (business and technology alike) Heavily focusing on relationship and stakeholder/client management Driving continuous improvement in the delivery model across tools, processes, and people for program management activities Here's what our ideal candidate has: Bachelor's Degree or form of higher education is required 6+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Implementation Manager or similar role Knowledge of insurance distribution and/or insurance technology toolsets and platforms is required, in the product and casualty sector specifically Prior consulting experience (Big4 firm experience is a plus) Demonstrated long-term commitment and stability with a history of company tenure Experience leading multiple programs simultaneously Strong experience leading clients through sales cycle through implementation and integration of a SaaS product Strong customer-focus mindset with strong external and internal collaboration skills About us:This job posting is from a family of recruiting agencies: Access Data, Agile Resources, Paladin Consulting, and SNI Technology.These are sister companies under the GEE Group brand.
