Job Description Rockwell Automation, a global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation, invites accomplished professionals to join our team as a Channel & Territory Sales Manager Center . The Distributor Partner Manager (CH&T AM) develops and implements sales strategies and plans grow the established business at assigned accounts, exceed annual sales goals and grow customer share. You will establish and maintain relationships at assigned accounts and engaging with distributors to ensure efficient use of resources. Create business strategies and plans to grow overall sales and market share. Coordinate activities and resource use with others in the sales organization. Implement and measure all Allen-Bradley (A-B) channel commercial programs. You will be the single contact for each assigned distributor. Your Responsibilities: You will manage the development of assigned distributors and their performance. Analyse account requirements and develop an account reach plan with the distributor and account sales engineers to increase market share. Resolve channel issues resulting in conflict (i.e. APR violations) Measure distributor performance and implement distributor performance improvement programs. Helps implement new product launches and promotional programs through the direction of all channel team resources, including the distributor's personnel. Take an active role in coaching the distributor personnel and evaluating their competency in the support of Rockwell Automation products and services. Assure that we have a high level of distributor capabilities to serve all customers in the assigned geography. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; a master's degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, demonstrating. Experience channel management or related sales roles within the engineering sector in the Mexico market. With a and the ability to balance short-term sales goals with long-term goals. To resolve sales conflicts and facilitate collaboration. Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. To monitor partner sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Proficient in English. Willingness to travel, approximately 60% of the time.
