Partner Engagement Manager US

Remote Full-time
About the position

We are looking for a Partner Engagement Manager to build and grow our partner network in the US. You will focus on finding the right partners, helping them get started, and working together to create new business opportunities for GetAccept in the US.
Who we are and what we believe in
60% of all deals go dark. That's too much lost revenue. Take control and get it back with a digital sales room! At GetAccept, we believe that the essence of business lies in the art of closing deals, and we are on a mission to revolutionize how it's done.
At GetAccept, we’re redefining how revenue teams run their sales processes by giving them a modern digital sales room powered by AI, a place where buyers and sellers can collaborate, stay aligned, and confidently move toward a signed deal. With over 5 000 customers in over 50 countries, we are the market-leading digital sales room platform globally (G2).
We believe that people matter and our growth has been driven by extraordinary people. We’ve built a culture anchored in innovation, humility, and the relentless pursuit of better. People are at the core of everything we do, our team, our customers and the buyers our platform helps every day.
Your team
You’ll be joining a truly global team as a member of both our Partnerships team and our tight-knit US team based in New York. With our hybrid setup, you’ll enjoy the perfect balance of local collaboration and global impact. You will report to Camila Moreira, Head of Partnerships in Stockholm (Sweden), while being an integral part of the US team led by Ali Ali, Head of Sales.
So what’s the role about?
As our Partner Engagement Manager, your main goal is to create a working ecosystem of partners in the US. This is a "build-from-zero" role where you will establish valuable collaborations, primarily within the Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft networks. You won't just manage relationships, you will ensure our partners contribute to increased sales by working closely with our local sales teams in New York.

Responsibilities
• Find and onboard new partners, such as solution partners and system integrators.
• Take ownership of partner-generated deals and revenue.
• Create joint business plans with partners to reach more customers.
• Act as the natural link between partners and our local Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Attend local events and networks to represent GetAccept and show how our product creates value.
• Share insights from the US market to help us improve our global partner programs.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development within the SaaS industry.
• Experience working in cross functional teams, such as with Product and Sales.
• Proficiency in translating complex product integrations into simple, engaging business narratives.
• Proficiency in working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and using data to identify blockers and make informed decisions.
• Fluency in English, both writing and speaking.
• An interest in AI and how it can be used to simplify your daily work and drive results.

Nice-to-haves
• Preference for candidates with an existing SaaS network or CRM partner ecosystems and experience in delivering high quality product demonstrations that connect technical features to business outcomes.

Benefits
• Build something from scratch: You will be the first person for our US partner GTM, giving you a unique chance to shape our ecosystem strategy from day one.
• Category leadership: Join the team defining the future of digital sales rooms. Your work with strategic partners directly moves the category forward.
• Growth and development: We invest heavily in our people through mentorship, enablement support, and clear pathways for your professional career development.
• Flexibility and balance: Enjoy a hybrid setup with a dedicated Manhattan office, flexible vacation, and a culture that values rest as much as results.
• Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• Leadership you can trust: We take leadership seriously, focusing on developing empathetic, high performing managers who always put people first.
