When that happens, we’re not only making life better for small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world.How you'll make an impact:This role is responsible for facilitating and deepening the relationship during the first key phases of our Partners journey with Xero, transitioning them from setup to product utilisation at pace as you guide and consult with Partners whilst they accelerate through the Xero Partner Program onboarding stages through to their first stages of growth on the platform.You will be the first point of call for new Partners signing up to become part of the Xero Partner Program as well as helping with facilitating education, events and forums to support new Partners. What you'll do: Directly liaise with potential Partners via email, phone, webinars and events, with a focus on the most effective means of engagement throughout the digital activation journeyQualifying partner leads that come in to Xero as you grow, develop and manage Xero relationships with Accounting and Bookkeeping channelsProvide phone-based engagement with clients to handle day-to-day issues, responding in a timely manner, including those submitted via emailSegment/ assess opportunities effectivelyRemotely influence and build rapport with potential PartnersMaintain momentum and act as central point of contact and relationship owner for all of your assigned Partners throughout their onboarding journeyPlanning- Monitor patch, including assessing performance, system administration and preparation for timely handoverIdentify opportunities and respond accordingly using the available dashboard data and other reports developed under your People Leaders guidanceUpdate CRM system with all practice communications including calls and emailsDevelop best practices processes to support repeatable activities What you'll bring with you: Proven Telesales experienceAbility to undertake outbound calls to customers in a consistent and timely mannerAbility to quickly build and deepen rapport with multiple stakeholders via telephone/video calls and occasional face to face meetingsAttention to detail and follow-upProcess driven and takes ownershipOutstanding written and oral communication skillsSelf motivation, energy, passion and determination to succeedProven ability to drive education and sales campaigns, initiatives and attendance at eventsAbility to build established relationships with Xero Partners Additional Information Why Xero?Offering very generous paid leave to use however you’d like (plus statutory holidays!), dedicated paid leave to care for your physical and mental wellbeing as well as an Employee Assistance Program to access mental health care for you and your family, health insurance, life insurance, and income protection, wellbeing and sports programmes, employee resource groups, 26 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers, an Employee Share Plan, beautiful offices, flexible working, career development, and many other benefits that reflect our human value, you’ll do the best work of your life at Xero.
