About the position Responsibilities • Conduct one-on-one appointments with customers to sell Cutco products. • Provide excellent customer service during sales interactions. • Participate in training sessions to learn about products and sales techniques. • Create a flexible work schedule that accommodates personal commitments. • Meet performance goals to earn commissions based on sales. Requirements • Must be at least 18 years old or a 2024 high school graduate (17 years old with conditions). • Ability to start on a part-time basis within the next 7-10 days. • Willingness to learn and apply new skills. • Enjoy working with people. Nice-to-haves • Experience in retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, receptionist/office work, or landscaping is beneficial but not required. • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
