- Record and maintain student data using CRM tools
- Meet outreach and enrollment targets as part of a remote team
Qualifications:
- Must reside in or near Greensboro, NC
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Previous experience in customer service, admissions, or education is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English or other languages)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Prior remote work experience is a bonus
