Part-Time Weekend Customer Support Representative (Overnight Shift)

Key Responsibilities
Work overnight weekend shifts (approximately 10pm-7am Friday and Saturday nights) to provide customer support via phone, email, and other channels
Configure and troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues for customers, including connecting standard consumer electronic devices
Provide education on our products and services, recommend solutions to meet customer needs, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Reply to customer email inquiries, work with customers to sign up for new services, and resolve basic billing issues
Troubleshoot advanced networking protocols within our company network
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent education
Previous networking or telephone customer service/support experience
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and consumer wireless routers
High ethical standards, strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
Ability to solve problems with patience and a positive approach, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
