Summary:

The Part-Time Website Support Specialist provides exceptional client support by assisting with website updates, troubleshooting issues, and responding to incoming customer requests. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working with websites, and delivering high-quality service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and respond to customer support requests through email, ticketing systems, and occasional phone or virtual communication.

Troubleshoot website-related issues and partner with internal teams to identify solutions.

Maintain strong client relationships through clear, consistent, and professional communication.

Address incoming inquiries related to website content, functionality, performance, and digital marketing efforts.

Execute website updates and maintenance tasks using content management systems (CMS) and internal tools.

Use judgment to assess the impact of customer requests and prioritize tasks effectively.

Engage with customers to answer questions about products, performance, and best practices, helping drive satisfaction and retention.

Track, manage, and complete customer requests using ticket management tools and documentation processes.

Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives aimed at improving customer success, website quality, and operational efficiency.

Support goal-setting and performance tracking for client accounts as part of the customer success strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with website updates, CMS tools, or digital marketing platforms preferred but not required.

Problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks.

Ability to learn new software tools and processes quickly.

Professional, organized, and attentive to detail.

Prior experience in customer support, website management, or technical assistance is a plus.

Role Requirements

Availability for 15–25 hours per week, with some scheduling flexibility.

Ability to work in a remote environment (per company guidelines).

High school diploma required; some college-level coursework or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, IT, or related fields preferred.

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development.
