Part Time Virtual Client Success Representative- PM SHIFT

VITRUAL CLIENT SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE OUR MISSION: Resurgent Sports Rehab partners with sports facilities, teams, leagues, and individuals to provide immediate care to athletes. We exist to provide accessible, pro-caliber care to athletes of all levels. We are a growing company and quickly rising to become the community's go-to sports rehab team. We are passionate about delivering consistent results to youth and adult athletes, enabling them to return to sport without surgery, pain medications, or injections. The Client Success Representative (CSR) is a critical member and the first impression of our team. The CSR is in charge of client lead conversions, managing schedules, optimizing the client experience, and administrative tasks. We have an immediate opening for our evening shift. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Ideal candidates take initiative, have a love for working with athletes, enthusiasm about our mission, are detail-oriented, and are team players. Experience with sports rehab personally or professionally is a plus. AVAILABLE SHIFTS: • 20 hour/ week evening shift, Mon-Thurs 2:00P-6:00P, Fridays 12:30-4:30P JOB DUTIES: • Convert potential leads into initial evaluations • Connect with clients to pre-frame their onsite experience, identify goals, and determine best approach for optimal care • Greet patients professionally both in over the phone and potentially a kiosk • Check out clients and schedule follow up appointments • Coordinate seamless transition of shift information to the AM CSR • Quickly answer calls, emails, and texts or properly refer questions and issues • Optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling • Manage client packages • Comfort patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions • Ensure availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records • Verify financial records, ensure accuracy of charges, and collect client payments • Assist with insurance verification per client request • Maintain a quiet and professional office environment JOB QUALIFICATIONS: • Communication skills to converse clearly over the telephone and video kiosk • Sales skills to optimize client lead conversion • Organization and time management to manage a variety of tasks effectively • Attention to detail to schedule patients correctly and communicate scheduling difficulties with providers • Technological skills, such as using word processing and spreadsheet programs to track data • Interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and staff PAY: $15/ hour We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
